So everyone in the world and their alien counterpart has heard of the Couch to 5K program. And I've done it, or tried it. But I hit week 4 and it's so confusing and I'm tired of running and following a plan. So I found a NEW plan. I have some great running books and this plan is from one of them. It's a lot more straight forward with 1 min or 2 min. I've already started and aside from this run this morning, it goes great. I have it available in excel format and some cheat sheets for a 5 minute walking warm-up and run or walk interval. No thinking involved!
At noted, the program is from the Run for Life book. It's a good book for women.
Very informative. I have other amazing books I love. I'll post those again.
